Shipping & returns: the donkey did it! way
Here's the lowdown on how we handle shipping and returns here at Donkey Did It!. We're all about getting your horsey (or human!) goodies to you safe and sound, and making sure you're stoked with your purchase. Please take a squiz.
How long before it arrives
Because your Donkey Did It! orders are custom-made with to your specific requirements, please allow a 1 week turnaround...obviously way quicker if we can!
We've set a flat fee for shipping! Its an unavoidable cost unfortunately...but if you bundle stuff up it's just the flat fee!
We will email your tracking number once it's on the go...
You get to check it before we cut it
Once your order has been received and is in a state of pre-cut template, we will email you a mock-up of your order to be sure it's exactly what you're looking for before we cut any vinyl! Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case!).
Once youve taken a look and you give it the tick of approval...happy days we will push the cut button!
Returns & refunds
Refunds, replacements, and store credit will be considered at our discretion.
We want you to be happy, so get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
At Donkey Did It!, our products are made with the absolute best intention of survival!
Dodgey refund requests include but are not limited to:
1. You change your mind after youve confirmed your good to go and we've hit the cut button! (We didn't change our's🤔)
2. Your four-legged mate destroys them!
3. You accidentally sizzle the vinyl in your drier!
4. You don't follow the instructions on how to stick these viynls on ... and take shortcuts :)
These reasons are NOT deemed a failure of the product on our end!
These are fun products that have been tested by Donkey & his mates as mostly indestructible!
